Lawrence

I have worked in the hire industry for 30 years and have a particular interest in furniture.

Growing up I travelled widely and my parents instilled in me the quest for knowledge of all things art and antiques.  Clients say I have an ability for finding just the right piece for each set and matching it to the characters.  I love unusual collections like the Sir John Soane museum and even the Rothschild collection of Taxidermy in Tring.

There are perhaps too many things that I like in the Farley collection but there are a pair of very cheeky monkeys in carved oak which we haven’t had long that I particularly like.  Favourite Film has to be Lawrence of Arabia.  I once met David Lean at his home, a real honour.
